Panel Objective:
The objective of this panel is to provide the audience with insights into the nuts and bolts of how the payment system works, including credit and debit card payments and ACH, to highlight the intersection between financial technology software and payment systems. Issues discussed will be the structure of the payment card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), debit networks, and the ACH network, to enlighten fintech companies on the complexities of the market. An executive from a successful, established fintech company will then provide a case study, discussing his company’s experience in navigating that environment when launching and operating his product.
