Holli Targan is an attorney and partner at Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, where she is Chairman of the Jaffe Electronic Payments Practice Group. She is a past President of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), a past Chairman of the Certified Payments Professional (CPP) Commission, a Founder and Board Member of W.net—Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Merchant Acquirer’s Committee (MAC).
