Kas manages risks for clients in loan, real estate, or asset-based transactions. She has authored articles published in Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly, Commercial Investment Real Estate, and Medical Law Report. She served as the Events Committee Chair for TIE Detroit in 2009 and 2010 and was responsible for organizing and designing events which promote entrepreneurship, including TIE CON 2009 and TIE CON 2010. Currently Kas is on the board of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce. As part of the board, Kas has initiated and launched "The Meet Market" to encourage connections among centers of influence and members of the chamber.
Kas received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honors from UCLA and subsequently was awarded her Juris Doctor degree with honors from Tulane University School of Law. Kas is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania (inactive), California and Michigan.
