He is responsible for growing ITC's Global Outsourcing business. He has been part of 1st , 2nd and 3rd wave of off-shoring . He understand issues involved with outsourcing and off shoring of IT, engineering and BPO services .Gurmeet has vast International exposure he has worked in North America, Scandinavia, Western Europe, ASEAN and India.
