Ketan Joshi is a Director of IT at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM). He is responsible for digital experience strategy and delivery of digital solutions for consumers. He has lead several major initiatives enabling unified member experiences across multiple channels. Ketan owns BCBSM retail portal, member portal, transparency tools and mobile application portfolio.
Bcbsm.com has received 10+ web awards from industry-recognized entities such as web marketing association (WMA), Edison awards, etc for design, technology and user experience.
Prior to BCBSM (2012), Ketan was IT Director of Digital Marketing at Kelloggs Inc, Battle Creek. He was responsible for building marketing platform for Kelloggs products globally.
Ketan has worked as a Senior Manager of IT for General Motors for more than 10 years leading digital solutions for intranet, corporate communications and marketing.
Ketan holds Masters degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Florida in 1994. He also serves as technical advisory board member for Walsh College.
