He has valuable management and business intelligence experience in the chemicals, retail, professional sports, customer loyalty, marketing, manufacturing, professional services, automotive, consumer electronics, quick serve restaurant, and health care industries.
Mr. Jackson's specialty areas include analytics, business intelligence, data warehousing, solution architecture, telematics, ETL system design, enterprise application design and development, unique requirements gathering and project management techniques, and effective business analysis.
Mr. Jackson is accredited by the Data Warehousing Institute as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), with a concentration and in Leadership and Management. In addition to his dedication to technology, Mr. Jackson also serves as Chairman of the Board of Advisors for TKE at Central Michigan University.
