Rep. Christine Greig

Christine was elected in 2014 to serve as State Representative for Farmington and Farmington Hills in the Michigan House of Representatives. She is a member of the House Education, Workforce & Talent Development and Communications & Technology committees. She was also appointed to the Bicameral Legislative Council. Within the Democratic Caucus, Christine serves as Assistant Floor Leader and the Vice Chair of the Women’s Caucus. She was also selected by the Midwest Council of State Governments as one of three Michigan legislators to receive a fellowship for the 2015 Bowhay Institute Legislative Leadership Development (BILLD) program.
Prior to serving in the legislature, Christine worked for Andersen Consulting in their Chicago World Headquarters as an application software expert in payroll, human resources, and benefits. In 1994, Christine became co-owner and lead consultant for Fulcrum Computer Services, a small business based in Farmington Hills that managed and staff technology projects for large corporations in a variety of industries. Christine also worked in non-profit management, including launching and leading the Farmington/Farmington Hills Education Foundation.
Christine and her husband Bob have three sons: Alex and Andy, who both graduated from the University of Michigan, and Bill, a sophomore at the University of Michigan in the College of Engineering.
