Ramalingam Raja is the President and Chief Consultant of Extech inc., a management strategy company located at Ann Arbor, MI, U.S.A. He has provided consulting and training to several companies worldwide in Global Business strategy, cross cultural management, virtual project management, business ethics and business process improvement.
Ramalingam Raja has an extensive experience in corporate leadership, training and consulting and academic teaching in Business school. He has held various key positions in Ford Motor Company in the areas of Product Development, Process Engineering, Program Management, Safety and Environmental research and government regulatory compliance for over thirty years. He has advanced degrees in Engineering and Business Management. He taught MBA courses in operations management, statistical decision making process and business ethics as a part time faculty at the Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan from 1978 to 2001. He was awarded the Peace Award for his work on Gandhi and non-violence.
In the last twelve years he has delivered Cross cultural and Virtual Project Management training and Global Business Strategy consulting to several companies including General Motors, British Petroleum, Nissan, Delphi, Hewlett Packard etc. |
