Mr. Heller is a principal in Central Screw Products, Inc. and one of the founders of CSP Global. Central Screw Products (CSP) manufactures precision machined products domestically and internationally for consumption throughout North America and CSP Global facilitates China strategy and implementation for other businesses. As a small business entrepreneur, Mr. Heller serves in multiple roles, with a particular focus on sales and supply chain management. He has been with CSP since 2005 and founded CSP Global in 2008.
Prior to joining CSP, Mr. Heller worked as a project engineer/manager for Air Products and Chemicals. He developed, budgeted, and oversaw completion of capital projects ranging from $10,000 USD to $3,000,000 USD at sites in North America and Europe.
During his career with CSP, Mr. Heller has driven the business model from a local manufacturing company with global intentions to a global manufacturing enterprise. He has traveled to China more than 25 times and has lived there for up to 10 weeks at a time establishing and building relationships with Chinese companies. Today his business operates by using his Chinese factories as an integral part of multiple supply chains. His establishment of a hybrid manufacturing model, using factories as reconfigurable tools, has allowed rapid growth as a Tier 1 manufacturing supplier in various industries. Mr. Heller and CSP have developed solutions to help small and medium manufacturing business succeed in China. This problem-solving, engineering based, and non-conventional approach to the new global model is the heart of CSP today.
Mr. Heller is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BSME: 2001) and resides in Southeastern Michigan with his family. He has traveled through six, and lived on three continents. He is excited about the possibilities that the new economy presents for forward thinking businesses.
