TiE Detroit is the Detroit Chapter of The Indus Entrepreneurs based in Farmington Hills, MI. TiE Detroit is a not-for-profit organization maintaining a clear focus on the values and philosophies of TiE Global Organization.
The concept of TiE was born in 1992 in Silicon Valley by a group of successful entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and senior professionals with roots in the Indus region. The idea originated with the objective of sharing and giving back to society. Over time, TiE has come to represent “Talent, ideas and Enterprise through its activities and influences. There are currently over 12,000 members and more than 1,800 charter members in 49 chapters across 11 countries. |
