Rami D. Fakhoury is the managing member of Fakhoury Law Group, an AV rated boutique law firm specializing exclusively in business-based immigration. The firm is headquartered in Troy, Michigan with offices in Mumbai, India and Austin, Texas. Mr. Fakhoury’s practice represents global corporate clients in a variety of industries such as Information Technology, Engineering, Consulting, Healthcare, Academia and Manufacturing.

Mr. Fakhoury has over 14 years of extensive and focused experience in the area of Corporate Immigration, and has worked in private firms, as well as served as In-House Counsel for Syntel Corporation, a Fortune 1000 company in the Information Technology industry. In particular, his US practice focuses on H, L, E, and O visas, PERM Labor Certifications, Advance Degree Professionals, Multinational Executives and Outstanding Researchers and Professors. Furthermore, his firm also provides Global Immigration consulting through out the world.

Mr. Fakhoury has represented clients at U.S. Consulates abroad and is an international lecturer and fellow for the Center for International Legal Studies (CILS) and a Member and Speaker of the Immigration section of the International Bar Association. Mr. Fakhoury has served as a Panel Speaker at the American Bar – International Law Section. In 2007, Mr. Fakhoury became the Chief Editor of the International Law Office an International Bar Association partner publication for all US immigration which is distributed to over 10,000 Corporate Counsels and Attorneys worldwide. Most recently, Mr. Fakhoury has been designated as the Managing Editor and Co-Author of the International Consular Guide, published by ILW 2009.

Mr. Fakhoury is a Member of the State Bar of Michigan, International Law Section; Tech America, Immigration Law Committee; American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA); International Business Association, Immigration Law Committee; and Fellow, Center of International Legal Studies, Salzburg, Austria.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Wayne State University and graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University with a Juris Doctor degree.
