Rajesh Nayak is currently a Business Development Officer at Comerica Securities’ Corporate Investment Banking Division. Rajesh has been involved in over 200 debt and equity offerings for Comerica clients nationwide in efforts to raise over $4 billion for large and middle
market corporate clients.

Rajesh advises corporate clients on capital raising options and capital markets transactions. Prior to Comerica Securities, Rajesh
also had the opportunity to work at a private equity firm in NY and the Wolverine Venture Fund in Ann Arbor while he was pursuing his MBA
from the Ross School of Business. Before Business school, Rajesh worked at various financial institutions such as Lehman Brothers and
Cendant Mortgage in various technology operations roles.

Rajesh also has a Bachelors of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from RV College of Engineering and MS in Electrical
Engineering from Indian Institute of Science. Immediately after graduating from IISc, Rajesh joined Crompton Greaves as a Management
Trainee. He thereafter joined Tata Consultancy Services as a technology consultant.
